Having had some hiccups along the way this year, I have been trying different methods to keep me on track. I won't bore you with them at this time. I am working on two different ones right now to see which keeps me on track the best. Writing things down is not always helpful, unless I am grocery shopping. Then the list does keep me on track better.
Having had a couple of mini strokes this past year has proven life is even more challenging. There are good days when I seem like I have it together better. There are days I don't. I go in spurts of full of energy to have very little. Don't get me wrong, I grateful to be here. Even more so for spell check! (that gives the illusion that my brain is still wired correctly).
